1. Introduction

Welcome to AIWisely (aiwisely.info). Our portal provides educational resources on mindful AI use, including prompt design, result evaluation, and safe process design. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We deliver live sessions, workshops, and personalized consultations focused on best practices for responsible AI development and deployment.

2.1 Scheduling and Rescheduling

Sessions are scheduled upon mutual agreement. Clients may request to reschedule up to 7 days before the session date. Rescheduled sessions depend on available slots and are subject to confirmation.

2.2 Cancellation and Refunds for Services

Cancellations received at least 10 days before the scheduled date qualify for a full refund or a credit transferable to a future session. Cancellations made 3 to 9 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund or credit. Cancellations within 3 days of the session are non-refundable due to resource commitment. All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of confirmation.

3. Info Products

Our info products include digital courses, guides, and toolkits on mindful AI practices.

3.1 Access and Delivery

Upon purchase, you receive immediate access credentials. Access remains active unless revoked for policy violations.

3.2 Refund Policy for Info Products

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before any material is accessed. Once any content is viewed or downloaded, no refund is available. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Goods

AIWisely offers physical books, branded merchandise, and AI accessory kits.

4.1 Shipping and Delivery

Goods are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times vary by location.

4.2 Returns and Exchanges for Goods

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns must include proof of purchase. Items returned after 30 days or showing signs of use are not accepted. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

5. Payment Terms

We require payment details to confirm orders. Charges are applied upon purchase confirmation. All transactions are processed using secure protocols. Payment details are not stored on our servers beyond what is needed for transaction confirmation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on AIWisely are the intellectual property of AIWisely or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AIWisely’s liability for any claim related to our offerings is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service, product, or good.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Updated terms are effective upon posting. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of Ottawa, Ontario.
